Jad founded Lahoud Ventures, a firm that invests in breakthrough technologies and tech-enabled businesses. Among the firm’s key holdings is eMerge Americas, the premier global technology conference and innovation platform headquartered in Miami. As Partner and Board Director, Jad plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s long-term strategy and expansion into Europe and the Middle East. Jad also serves as a Limited Partner and Venture Partner at Medina Ventures, leveraging his well-established network of investors and business leaders to create powerful synergies.
Leading with Versatility and Vision
At a young age, Jad served in Lebanon’s Civil War and later joined the Lebanese Red Cross, a formative experience that shaped him into the leader he is today. Jad went on to build a portfolio of businesses spanning manufacturing, construction, and real estate. In 1991, Jad co-founded L&H Partners Construction, a Miami-based luxury construction firm, with projects featured in Luxe Interiors + Design, South Florida Business & Wealth, and The Washington Post. In 2018, Jad co-founded Trinity Group of Companies to streamline and execute construction development across residential, commercial, industrial, and healthcare sectors. Additionally, Mr. Lahoud established and maintains a strong working alliance with Civic Construction.
